Log each shipment and scan its cartons in. Photograph each label, AI matches the bottle to the catalog, its label prints, and it is scanned onto a shelf, rack or locker.

Every bottle has a place and a history. Find any one by wine, customer or code, count a location against what should be there, and moves that would put wine where it cannot go are refused.

Works on the phone in your pocket
Inbound, inventory and outbound all run on the phone you already carry. Receive, put away, count, pick and pack with hardly anything to type, and no handheld terminals to buy.
Identify any bottle from a photo
Snap the label and AI names the producer, wine, vintage and bottling, with its reasoning on screen. Every wine is saved once, under one standard name, however many people are entering bottles.
A history for every bottle
Every scan, photo and move is written to the bottle. Open any one and read its whole story, from the carton it arrived in to the order it left on.
Search the way collectors think
Filters go deep, and appellations know where they sit and every name they go by: search Napa Valley and bottles labeled Oakville come up too.
